Scottish Growth Scheme – UMi Debt Finance LP, acting by its General Partner, General Partner UMi Scotland Ltd, jointly with the Scottish Ministers (the Partnership); together with the Fund Manager, UMi Investment Ltd, are Data Controllers in Common for the information you submit.

to administer applications, including assessment by adjudication panel (where relevant and appropriate).
to manage our relationship with you and for customer satisfaction, monitoring and evaluation.
to assist with record keeping, statistical and research purposes, and statutory purposes.
to inform you of other relevant services provided by our names partners above and UMi

All storage of your personal data complies with data protection law and your information is protected.

We will store your information securely for the duration required by our Funders, grant recipients will be informed of this retention period at the end of the project. The period is dependent on the date at which the final claim is submitted to the Managing Authority so the retention period will be unique to each project and this period cannot be specified at the outset.
