Thomas Brock
Tom leads the delivery of UMi Debt Finance Scotland which aims to help Scottish SMEs access debt funding to accelerate their growth plans.
He has held senior banking roles with Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland Corporate and Clydesdale Bank Group, where he created specialist propositions to support high growth SMEs predominantly in the technology sector.

Nichola Crinson
Nichola has 18 years’ experience working across UK banking personal loans before advancing into SME grant support within UMi. Nichola has worked with many stakeholders and clients across the country to mobilise projects to streamline processes; as well as provide client support to businesses utilising her knowledge from banking and grant funds to implement into UMi Debt Finance Scotland.
Nichola mainly works in the background working with several departments to manage the portfolio of Debt Finance Scotland but also has direct contact with clients to ensure their needs are met inline with the guidelines and requirements.
